Chris

Chris is our service manager.  He gives us 35 years of experience in the field many of which were with Maytag.  Chris received a lot of his advanced training with Carter Services in Los Angeles, California which taught him his current specialization in the high end and European products.  Chris is known as the  “troubleshooter” and will work directly with technicians on problems they are unable to figure out and will dedicate much time and energy repairing even the “unfixable.”

Donna

Donna is a certified school teacher and has worked as a special ed. teacher for the public school system for seven years.  Working with “special” kids taught her how important it is to find new ways of learning, the best of which is “hands-on.”  She started with this company as a parts researcher and then started working directly with the different manufacturers and warranty companies we work for.  She attend all the service meetings and is responsible for all part research to be up to date and accessible for the main technicians to research.  Any in-house trainings are held by Donna, as well as any office issue or scheduling.  As with all our technicians, She has her CFC certification through Osha and makes sure all guidelines are being met by us both individually and as a company.

Doug

Doug received his formal training with Whirlpool and worked for Sears for many years specializing in cooking appliances and dishwashers.  Since joining our company, he has broadened his specialties to include the LG and Fisher and Paykel brands and is our key to any online sites we may encounter.  Prior to appliance repair, Doug worked in the computer industry and is very familiar with such things as programming, design, and general computer repair.  This has proven very beneficial with all of the electronic appliances currently on the market.  Doug is a research specialist and will not hesitate to speak with any technician for tech support just to verify everything is done to factory specifications.

George

George is Chris’s son and has been involved on and off with the company while completing his college education.   He has been exposed to the world of appliances for his whole life, and, like his dad, has a gift for mechanics.  George not only has his knowledge of basic appliance repair, but has been very beneficial in the office.  With his college training, he is currently able to design and maintain a website and is working to upgrade our site and launch it into the world wide web.

Bryan

Bryan is the newest member of our team. He is a top notch appliance tech and has his Maytag Certification, among many other training certifications. He has been an appliance tech for over 8 years and is educated in electronics and other fields. Bryan has also earned a EPA U Certification in sealed systems. His customer service skills are excellent and is very mechanically inclined. He is proving himself quickly as an excellent appliance tech.
